Matias Maccelli hit the ground running in his first season in Tucson, pacing the Roadrunners with 57 points in 47 games.
His production earned him a call-up to the Arizona Coyotes and 23 games in the NHL.
Not bad for a former fourth round draft pick in his first season in North America.
Maccelli was on a blistering pace in the AHL and was at one point third in the league in both assists and total points.
Matias Maccelli’s white jersey appears to have been worn throughout the entire 2021-2022 season. That also lines up with the club statement that nearly every player only wore one of each set except in extenuating circumstances.
This game worn jersey has light wear but it is visible and allowed for photomatching to at least five different games so far.
The front of the sweater features a stick mark in between the legs of the Roadrunner crest. This one mark has allowed for quite a few photomatches once it showed up on the sweater. There is another stick mark on the left side of the front of the jersey.
A few faint stick marks can be found below the elbow of the left sleeve. The left sleeve #2 also has a board burn right in the middle of the digit. There are a couple of thicker stick marks on the right sleeve below the elbow. The right sleeve #2 has a stick/burn mark through the top of the number.
Maccelli has signed this jersey on the back numbers.
