Paul Stastny spent two seasons in Vegas as the franchise began to stockpile talent in order to continue the momentum generated from their groundbreaking inaugural season.
He helped hold down the center of the ice in both 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 as the Golden Knights suffered back-to-back playoff heartbreaks.
Stastny wore this white jersey throughout their “bubble” playoff run that culminated in a five game loss to the Dallas Stars in the 2020 Western Conference Finals.
The Golden Knights wore their white playoff set jerseys in 2 round robin games and 7 playoff games across three series. Stastny wore this sweater in 7 total games (2 round robin, 5 playoffs) but missed game three and game four against the Chicago Blackhawks.
The shirt has light wear with some stick marks and burns in the left sleeve and several stick marks on the front of the sweater. Some faint marks near the gold band around the waist are the only spots of wear that I have been able to photomatch.
The game worn jersey has the Vegas Golden Knights playoff set tag sewn into the inside of the hem, as well as their gold authentication sticker.
Stastny left Vegas after the 2019-2020 season via trade and rejoined the Winnipeg Jets.
